Party up to 20 children (under 6 years) *we can accommodate a further 5 children (total of 25 children) at a further cost of £10 per child
2 hour Party (1hr 30mins play and 30mins party room)
Our party host will be there to greet you and your guests (please note there is a maximum capacity of 50 guests in the venue, so would suggest one parent per child for busier parties.)
The party includes one and half hour’s magical playtime in our soft play frame, indoor garden, little village role play town; followed by 30 minutes for party food in our dedicated party room and to sing ‘Happy Birthday.’ As the guests leave all children will be given sweet bags and book gift. All you need to provide is a cake!
Before we go up to the party room, we will offer a birthday cake presentation with all guests, as we sing Happy Birthday. The staff will then carefully cut and prepare the cake into napkins for your guests.
Our party room has seating for 20-25 children (only 6 adults allowed upstairs) We have a present table located downstairs to safely leave your gifts.
Please note the whole venue operates a No Shoe Policy for adults and children (slippers and shoe covers are provided).
No buggies are permitted in the venue- we have a buggy store and lock system outside. Young babies may be brought in a car seat.

Our parties get booked up quickly, so we advise you book at least 2-3 month prior to your party date.
Saturday & Sunday Party times: Party 1: Saturday 10am-12pm | Party 2: Saturday 1pm-3pm | Party 3: 3.30pm-5.30pm | Party 4: Sunday 1pm-3pm | Party 5: Sunday 3.30pm-5.30pm
We can add in Friday evening bespoke party times if high demand for a particular date

To book a party please click the link below and select the date and time required. You will need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
PDF invitations will be sent to you 4-6 weeks before your party, please email us if you would like these earlier. Please take a look at our invitations (https://www.enchantedwood-land.co.uk/partyinvitations), as we will request your invitation number when making the booking. *Remember if choosing design 7 or 8, that you email a photo of your child to bookings@enchantedwood-land.co.uk.
You will receive an email 10 days before the party confirming number of guests, allergies and dietary requirements, and any special requests.
The balance is due 7 days before the party in which an invoice will be sent to email provided.
We provide plain paper plates, plastic cups, and napkins for the cake. If you would like to bring any themed partyware you are welcome to do so, please hand these over to staff on arrival so staff can plate up your food on plates provided and wrap cake in themed napkins. *this is completely optional
Disclaimer: Our venue will be decorated throughout the year to match themes and celebrations, for example the month of October will be decorated in Halloween; December will be decorated in Christmas etc…. Please be aware of this when booking your child’s birthday party in that month.
